Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. (If the prepaid shipping label is used $8 will be deducted from your refund amount. You may choose to use your own shipping method after the return authorization is completed.Please keep the return authorization label and place on the inside of the return package. No charge if not used as a shipping label)

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, typically within 48 hours, you'll get your refund.

What if I want an exchange?

During the Return process select the reason for the Return as the wrong Size or Color and you will have the option to place an exchange order for a different color or size. If promotional codes were used at the time of purchase the same discount will apply and the return label fee is waived on exchange orders.


What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.
  • All tags attached.
  • Unworn items & in new re-sellable condition.
  •  If applicable, shoe box in original condition (it's considered part of the product). If the product box is damaged or used as the shipping box a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the return, this only applies to damaged shoe boxes.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale & clearance purchases are final  - no returns permitted (full price purchases discounted with coupon codes are eligible for return)
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items appearing to be worn or washed, scented from perfume/detergent etc
